Day 152- Bite Toothpaste Bits

Posted on June 14, 2020June 26, 2020

Use Bite toothpaste bits. I think I first saw these on a Facebook ad. Because I am wanting to go plastic-free in 2020, I thought this was a great way to get rid of toothpaste tubes. I first tried these when I was at the lake at a ladies weekend. ( more… )

Day 151- Schmidt’s natural deodorant

Posted on June 14, 2020June 26, 2020

One of the necessities of life once you hit puberty is deodorant. I have tried many kinds over the years, but now, since I am vegan, I have had to look even closer at the deodorant I use. For years, I have made sure to use deodorant or antiperspirant that ( more… )

Day 150- Healthy mascara

Posted on June 9, 2020June 26, 2020

Most of us women want beautiful lashes like the ones pictured above. Thanks to my daughter, I have found a mascara that delivers! I have tried lots of mascaras in my almost thirty-five years of buying makeup. I have tried the drug store brands, the high dollar brands, the natural ( more… )

Posted on June 8, 2020June 26, 2020

Listen to other’s viewpoints. Yesterday, in my online church service, our white pastor spoke with his friend who is a black pastor in a Kansas City, Missouri church. Day 144- Lip Balm

Posted on May 25, 2020June 26, 2020

Day 143- Disinfectant

Posted on May 25, 2020May 25, 2020

Use disinfectant properly. In this time of obsessive disinfection, we need to make sure that we are disinfecting properly. In the daycare, I use bleach water to spray toys and the mats each day. The solution has to stay wet until it dries to be most effective. So, at the ( more… )
