Fix dripping faucets.

The EPA measured that a one second drip from a faucet would waste 3000 gallons of water per year. This is the same as taking 180 showers.

A lot of these drips can be fixed on your own. A simple o-ring, washer, or gasket is a quick fix to your faucet and saves hundreds of dollars on a plumbing visit.

Just remember before you try and fix it yourself, turn off the water to the sink! Many of these do-it-yourself projects can be taught step-by-step through online videos. That is the first place I look when there is something needing to be fixed. I have been able to fix many things without having to call an expert. I have been able to order many parts online for far cheaper than an expert would charge me.

When you have a dripping faucet, check out the online tutorials to fix it yourself. You will most likely be impressed with what you can accomplish!
