Solar power is a great alternative to other forms of power.

When solar calculators were introduced in the 1970’s, they became popular student aids since they could use artificial light and also did not die in the middle of use.

Now, there are many solar powered items to choose from. I have solar powered lights in my garden and will be getting solar powered caps for my deck this summer.
