I love this quote.

As a child care provider, I feel very strongly about this. If you can not do your job, and do it humanely, you need to find another job.

It takes a special kind of person to do certain kinds of jobs. I know I could never be a social worker- I would go home crying every day.

I could never be a surgeon- I cover my eyes at scenes in Grey’s Anatomy.

If you are not able to provide the kind of talent or care in your profession that you need to have to do it effectively and humanely, you should search out something else to do as a career.

Everyone has a talent they can share. Find a job that you can excel at and where you can be a positive light for yourself and someone else.
