How is it that I can gain 3 lbs. one day and lose them the next? Makes no sense to me! That is a lot of water weight or hormones or salt or whatever! Anyone else see these fluctuations?
I definitely notice more weight gain after I eat chinese food or my once-a-week dose of ice cream. 🙂 Are there foods that trigger weight gain for you?
I am trying to exercise in some way every day and am watching my carbs.
I do get on the scale every morning and track my weight. I will reward myself once I lose 10 lbs. and then when I reach my target weight. I have not decided what my reward will be, but I know that those milestones will be their own reward!
My exercise routine and healthier eating plan has increased my energy and decreased my appetite, so that makes for a great start!
